PMP Certification Training
“Jim Stewart is our Lead PMP Instructor and also he consults as one of our senior Project Directors for complex and critical engagements – he is also our thought-leader on all subjects related to Project and Portfolio Management.
Jim is amazing — Always up-to-date with the current information we need to keep our students well informed. Jim is proactive and professional, and his knowledge is at the expert level. He’s also great to work with — highly responsive, accurate, detailed. Jim has the ability to think high level and also to execute tactically when needed.
I can always rely on Jim – nights, weekends — whenever I have an urgent need, question or requirement, he makes himself readily accessible and available.
In addition to being our lead PMP Instructor, Jim recently handled a global Exchange Migration for us — the hours were all over the board due to the international migration — Jim was able to sit in on all the executive and technical meetings and keep the project, risks, resources, communications all in sync. I rely on Jim for many things and have yet to find something he’s not good at!
I highly recommend Jim Stewart, he is a pleasure to work with and a trusted and admirable colleague.”

Project Management Consulting
“In 2012, our Credit Union headed into the final stretch of a two year rebranding journey (new web site, signage, ATM cards, forms, business cards, etc.) and it was evident we will need the help of a master project manager to help us get over the end line. It was one of the largest and most complex projects our organization went through and, not having a full-time project manager, we were not sure where to start.
So we found out about Jim Stewart, an independent project management consultant living in the Greater Boston area and hired him to help get us started.
After some upfront preparation, Jim came in for a long day and met with our teams. During that day, he fleshed out the beginnings of a project schedule while at the same time educating our folks on project management. During the course of the project, he worked virtually with our new project manager to update the schedule and gather the information we needed. He also helped us run our first few status meetings, setting up an agenda and process for future sessions. The bottom line is that we launched on-time in early October 2012 and much of the success is attributed to Jim.
Jim is a wonderful partner. He was everything we expected and more. After going through this experience we didn’t just succeed in this project but also developed the capabilities to face similar challenges in the future.”
